How to increase Windows Server system partition with server partition magic
Run MiniTool Partition Wizard to enter into main interface. We can see status of every disk or partition in the main interface.

Choose and right click a partition adjacent to system partition, select "Move/Resize" in popup menu.

In this interface, drag the triangle to rightwards to spare an unallocated space. After that, click "OK".

Returning to main interface, select the system partition and right click it. In shortcut menu, click "Move/Resize".

Drag the triangle to the right end to extend this partition with unallocated space.
